I was at both Tokyo dates, and Takaki allowed filming of the last song, "Rainy Runway", so that's incorrect. The encore setlist switched between "TANDEM RUNAWAY" and "ai no Coda" - he probably allowed filming of the whole encore portion as a Christmas present to the Okinawa crowd.
